Pelicano SWRO Module
Pelicano reverse osmosis module consists of a high-pressure pump, an energy recovery device, a membrane housing, a membrane element. It’s just that all these parts are not separated, but in one unit, very compact and without a single pipe or tube. No need to synchronize anything. Just switch it on and get fresh water. A single module produces 30 m3 of fresh water per day. And if you need more, the modules may be interconnected. Two, four, or let’s say twelve. 60, 120, or 360 m 3 /day.

Pelicano Compact SWRO
This simple RO unit demonstrates how easy can be assembled a desalination system using. We can mount a low energy consumption desalination machine without applying any energy recovery device (it already is built-in to the pump). Also, we don’t need to restrict concentrate flow, it should be nearly connected to the return concentrate port of the APPR pump. The distribution block of torrents provides an easy connection of chemical cleaning hoses.
Pelicano SWRO Rack
Pelicano manufactures desalination plants of different configurations but their general feature is low energy consumption thanks to the usage of the APPR pump that has the inner energy recuperator.
A desalination plant is a complex of equipment consisting of a pre-treatment block, a reverse osmosis block, and a demineralized water storage block.
A pre-treatment block can contain:
- sand media filters;
- ultrafiltration modules;
- bag, cartridge, or disk filters;
- ultrafiltration modules;
- dosing pumps for water treatment reagents.
Aqua-Life reverse osmosis block contains:
- axial piston pump with energy recovery;
- RO membrane housings and flow distribution system;
- automatic switch valves;
- monitoring devices (flow meters, TDS meters, manometers)
- controller with a touch panel for monitoring and operating.
Demineralized water storage block contains:
- clean water storage tank;
- clean water pump;
- UV disinfection lamp.
We manufacture desalination plants for two cases. For indoor use, a frame-mounted desalination plant, and for outdoor use, a containerized plant.
